I am vegan and a (lapsed) triathlete. In 2008 I completed my third year as a High School math teacher, and decided that I needed to pursue a different direction in my life; prior to my teaching career I was a computer programmer. The triathlete part is for me; I love being active and outdoors. The vegan and teacher parts are/were my ways of trying to make the world a better place.

I launched a Life Coaching business:

and then discovered that the way I designed it was out of line with my purpose in life. So, I revamped that business and am building another one:

I wrapped up my huge xeriscaping project on my property and am working on creating a source of income (a handy man business) for the time it will take me (1 to 2 years?) to get the life coaching business running to the point that it will be my (main) source of income.

I am still working on freeing up the time to once again pursue my passion for exercise and participation in triathlons and marathons.
